History---
Southwest Plumbing has been in the same location and owned by same owner's for 28 years. Dennis Watson, CEO, Tom Watson, President, and Paul Roache, Vice President. All three principals are native Miamians and have deep roots personally and professionally in South Florida. All are state licensed Plumbing Contractors. Each has decades of local South Florida experience in all phases of new construction and repair plumbing. Our current main office and warehouse facility was built in 1994 after Hurricane Andrew destroyed our original location 2 blocks away. Since 1982, we have grown by expanding the scope and volume of business. Southwest Plumbing has installed plumbing systems in thousands of homes, businesses, and commercial facilities in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties.
Philosophy---
Simply put, we strive to be the very best at what we do! Our customers are varied and many and include some of the nations largest and most respected developers/builders of homes and commercial properties. We are loyal to our customers regardless of their size and for that they have been very loyal to us. We keep our loyal customers coming back year after year. To do this, we have to be very good but we have to remain competitively priced as well. Plumbing is not our hobby. It is our profession and we take it seriously. Unlike many who claim to be "contractors" we are a real business. We're a licensed, insured business with qualified techinicians, a capable office staff, and experienced management team who are all focused on one theme;Customer Service. We take pride in our profession and we take pride in our company and it's employees. This philosophy has been vital to our success.

A large portion of our employees have been with us for over 10 years and we maintain a consistently high level of professional care and responsibility on each project, large and small. From design to completion, our ownership / management team, office personnel, warehouse staff, along with our field supervision, tradesmen, and trainees, are ever aware that our customers are our priority. Quality and professionalism are traits we demand from ourselves and expect from our employees.
